The first step to enroll in the Affordable Mortgage Program is to complete this virtual homeowner orientation. In the orientation you'll learn more about qualifications, benefits of Habitat's affordable mortgage, and the application process. It will take 25 minutes. After completing the virtual homeowner orientation video, please complete an application.
