Leading up to Giving Tuesday (November 29th) we’re debuting a collection of heart-warming stories from long-time Milwaukee Habitat homeowners who’ve recently paid off their homes. To celebrate, families burned their mortgage documents – each proudly labeled “PIF” – Paid in Full.
“All of our kids graduated from high school,” says Johnny. “All went to college but one. He actually owns that business around the corner.” Johnny and Debra proudly raised their family in a Habitat home that is now completely paid off.
