- Up To 80% of Project Costs Could Be Covered Based On Your Income
- Pay Installments Instead of All At Once

Neighborhood Improvement Project
free home repairs
in partnership with:
- Free home repairs
- Must meet qualifications set by the city
- Funded by the city through a forgivable loan
- First come, first served. Must complete full applicationÂ
Home repair assistance projects include abatement of building code violations, maintenance, and mechanical work.
Maintenance includes roofing, siding, gutters, lead abatement windows, carpentry and paint.
Mechanical work is any plumbing, electrical and construction. Scopes of work may include a new furnace and hot water heater.
This project is funded in part through a City of Milwaukee grant of federal community development funds.
Milwaukee Healthy Homes Program

- Must meet qualificationsÂ
- Funded by a grant through the City of Milwaukee Environmental Collaboration Office and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes.
The goal of this program is to help make homes safer and healthier by decreasing risks related to moisture, health and building code issues, and contaminants (radon gas, lead paint, asbestos, and asthma triggers).
