New Home Construction & Critical Home Repair:
On the build site we’ve adapted our processes to adhere to City of Milwaukee guidelines. We are continuing to build brand new, affordable homes in partnership with local families.
We are continuing to serve existing homeowners in need throughout Milwaukee’s northwest side through our Critical Home Repair program. Our staff is working with a limited pool of subcontractors committed to the safety of the families we serve and the staff they employ to complete projects currently in progress. Interested homeowners can still begin the application process (see below), but please note that projects in progress receive priority during this time of limited resources.
Housing Applications:
Families interested in affordable home ownership and affordable home repair can still download applications from our website. Find out how to apply for home ownership and home repair.
