Brand new Milwaukee Habitat homes come in 3 & 4 bedroom styles. All homes come complete with brand new Whirlpool appliances, a home security system, and energy efficient windows. Depending on the type of property you qualify for and season when you’re approved, homeowners may be able make design specifications such as selecting siding color, counter-tops and style of flooring.

Location
Milwaukee Habitat is growing to help twice as many families become first-time homebuyers by 2028. Over the next five years our goal is to expand to consistently build or rehab more than 30 homes per year, on our way to 40 per year by 2028. In 2023, Milwaukee Habitat plans to build 30 new construction homes for first-time homebuyers and is expanding these builds to multiple neighborhoods including King Park, Harambee, and Midtown.
