Habitat provides you with the coaching, education and support to be successful in your home buying journey. We can help you buy a home you love with a mortgage you can afford. Your options may include buying a home built or rehabbed by Habitat, or working with a realtor to buy a home on the open market.
Brand new Milwaukee Habitat homes come in 3 & 4 bedroom styles. All homes come complete with brand new Whirlpool appliances, a home security system, and energy efficient windows. Depending on the type of property you qualify for and season when you’re approved, homeowners may be able make design specifications such as selecting siding color, counter-tops and style of flooring.

This year, Milwaukee Habitat is building new homes exclusively in the Harambee neighborhood. We will be building 20 new, affordable homes in this neighborhood this year alone. Many of the homes are clustered on blocks with other new Habitat homes. By clustering new, owner-occupied homes in one neighborhood, recent history has shown that crime decreases and property values increase.
